What’s a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience during which you lie down and immerse yourself in the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls. Traditionally, monks and Buddhists practitioners have used the bowls in rituals, prayers, and meditation, however recent research suggests that they have a positive impact on both mental and physical health particularly around stress reduction. Virtual sound baths can be extremely effective with headphones and/or your favorite speakers so that you can achieve a level of peace and relaxation without leaving the comforts of your home!
